Industry statistics
indicate that 1 of every 5 claims may involve fraud. While the
IPRF experience is much better, we have designed a new form to
help keep fraudulent and problem claims to an absolute minimum.
Your cooperation will go a long way to improve loss experience
and lower annual premiums.
If you are suspicious
of a specific claim, please complete and submit this form when
you make your first report of injury to IPRF. This will help us
investigate the claim in more detail. Thank you in advance for
being proactive in responding to this industry-wide problem.
