​LEAP assembles over 150 administrative professionals from Illinois and neighboring states to offer a sharing, connecting, and learning type of event. Speakers have been cherry-picked for their experience and knowledge in their field; classified as those who present innovative concepts, passion, and real-world resolutions to everyday challenges. The Illinois LEAP conference strives to meet the needs and seeks the standard of excellence by offering varies educational training opportunities. ​

The 2018 Annual Conference Exhibit Hall highlights contributing organizations and the products and services they offer government finance agencies. Exhibitors are welcome to attend all the educational sessions, breakfasts, luncheons, receptions and social events during the conference. These are all excellent networking opportunities.​
