Kathy Chumas

Kathy joined Illinois Public Risk Fund in December 2025 as a Claims Clerk.

Prior to joining IPRF, she spent several years working as a nanny, providing dedicated care and building strong relationships with children and families she supported. In addition to her caregiving background, Kathy is an entrepreneur who has grown her own custom apparel and accessories small business over the years. Kathy is known for her positive attitude, strong work ethic and is a team player. She is motivated by opportunities to learn and seeks out new challenges to support both her personal and professional growth.
